Conference Registration Help

This page is your single source for confirmation status, hotel booking details, and arrival/check-in basics.

1) What "confirmed" means

You are confirmed when your registration appears in your account and payment status is complete or accepted.

Check your status in your MER account. If your registration is missing, use the account support steps below before contacting support.

2) Hotel booking

Use your conference-specific hotel link from your event page or confirmation email.

  • Room block dates: listed on each conference page
  • Room block deadline: listed on each conference page
  • Need policy details first? See the Policy page

3) Check-in basics

  • Bring a photo ID and your confirmation email
  • Arrive early for badge pickup and on-site instructions
  • Venue and schedule details are on your conference detail page
