  • Within 7 days of purchase: choose full MER credit, or card refund minus processing fee.
  • After 7 days from purchase: cancellations are issued as MER credit.
  • No cancellations beginning 7 days before conference start date.
  • MER credits may be used for upcoming MER conferences.

Final eligibility and timing depend on policy terms in effect at request time.
