Use this checklist if you cannot sign in, need a password reset, or cannot find your registration after login.
1) Sign in
Start at Sign In and use your username or email address.
2) Reset password
Use Reset Password.
If an account exists for that username or email, instructions will be sent to your inbox.
3) Username recovery
- Try the email address used during registration.
- Check past MER emails for your username and confirmation details.
- If your email changed, contact support and include old/new email plus conference name.
4) Registration missing after login
- Confirm you are signed into the same account used during purchase.
- Check transaction/confirmation emails for conference details.
- Use the Conference Registration Help page for confirmation status guidance.
