- Within seven (7) days of your purchase, you may cancel and choose to receive (1) the entire registration fee as an MER credit within your profile or (2) a refund of the registration fee minus a non-refundable, third-party processing fee of $75.
- After seven (7) days from the date of purchase, you may cancel and receive the entire registration fee as an MER credit within your profile.
- MER credits are easy to use, never expire, and may be applied toward any future conference.
- MER credits are not refundable for cash but are refundable as an MER credit within your account.
- Cancellations will not be accepted beginning seven (7) days before the conference start date.
